These terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, staff members, and any visitors to our platform.

AloChef provides an AI-powered phone ordering system for restaurants, including:

• Automated phone call handling and order processing
• Real-time order management dashboard
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Integration with POS systems and payment processors
• Customer engagement and follow-up features

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Our services are provided on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts to access or collect data

Our AI phone ordering system:

• May occasionally misinterpret customer requests
• Should be monitored by staff during initial setup
• Continuously improves based on your menu and customer interactions
• Is not a replacement for human judgment in complex situations

All content, features, and functionality of AloChef are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your restaurant data but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AloChef is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AloChef and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your subscription through the dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked
• Data retention policies apply as outlined in our Privacy Policy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
